About Us

The people behind the cup.

Before Palma, there was Melbourne. And before Melbourne, there was Tokyo, Portland, Copenhagen, Bogotá, Addis Ababa, and dozens of cities in between. We've spent years chasing the perfect cup across six continents, from hole-in-the-wall roasters in Kyoto's backstreets to legendary third-wave cafés in Brooklyn and Stockholm.

We've pulled shots at altitude in Ethiopia's highlands, cupped single-origins in Colombian fincas, and debated water temperature with baristas in Oslo at two in the morning. Coffee isn't our hobby. It's the lens through which we've seen the world.

When we finally settled in Mallorca, we discovered a coffee scene that rivals cities ten times its size. This guide is our honest take on where to find the best coffee in Palma, shaped by thousands of cups in dozens of countries.

We choose to stay anonymous. Not because we have anything to hide, but because this guide should stand on the quality of its opinions, not on who's writing them. No sponsorships. No paid placements. No favours. Just two people who've spent a lifetime drinking coffee and know when a cup is truly exceptional.

"We don't review cafés for a living. We drink coffee for a life worth living, and we think you should know where to find the good stuff."
