Arabay Coffee

Arabay has been roasting in Mallorca since 1952, long before specialty coffee became fashionable. The Sindicat flagship spreads a café, shop and training space over several floors, with plenty of origins and brewing methods to choose from. Not every cup gets glowing reviews, which explains its lower position, but few places in Palma offer the same range or history.
