La Molienda helped start Palma's specialty-coffee scene and still belongs on the list. It now roasts its own beans and has more than one location, although we prefer the Bisbe Campins shop. The current Google score is lower than the newer cafés above it, but almost 2,000 reviews and more than a decade in business count for something. The breakfast is also very good.
