Bacan feels more like a neighbourhood café than a destination built for tourists. The courtyard is quiet, the pastries are made in-house and the milk drinks are consistently good. They have served Hola Coffee and often offer filter, cold brew or an espresso tonic alongside the usual menu. It is an easy place to like and an even easier place to stay too long.
